News coming in from Locarno, Switzerland at Locarno Film Festival is that Ugandan filmmakers Talemwa Pius and Emmanuel Gashumba have been announced among the winners of this year’s Locarno Open Doors.
These two have won for their project called “A Vineyard For A Lobster’ and they are getting a cash prize of 20,000 Swiss France which is equivalent to almost UGX 92m (based on Google Forex rate).
