An agreement for the usage and subscription to this website shall commence upon one’s subscription to membership of Muwado. This agreement is a legal contract between you and Muwado. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Such agreement shall continue for the duration of membership from the commencement date unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof and shall be renewable with the express consent of the parties.
1 – Service Conditions
1.1 – The website hosts shall diligently and professionally render the services to the Subscriber. The service availed under this website and usage agreement shall be of high industry standards and shall be carried out by the website hosts who are properly trained, competent and experienced.

2 – Access and Authorization:
2.1 – In order to use the website, a subscriber shall open an account from which they shall be able to log in and log out for exclusive use of a number of the services on the website. Without an account, one can access the website but with limited usage passes of the services. With the subscription to membership of the website, a subscriber shall be provided with any necessary access codes and assistance to enable Subscriber make maximum use of the service.

3 – Content rights & responsibilities
3.1 – You own the rights to the content you create and post on Muwado. You’re responsible for the content you post. This means you assume all risks related to it, including someone else’s reliance on its accuracy, or claims relating to intellectual property or other legal rights. We will never give your content to third parties without your explicit permission.
3.2 – You’re welcome to post content on Muwado that you’ve published elsewhere, as long as you have the rights you need to do so. By posting content to Muwado, you represent that doing so doesn’t conflict with any other agreement you’ve made. By posting content you didn’t create to Muwado, you are representing that you have the right to do so.
3.3 – You can delete any of your posts, or your account, anytime by emailing [email protected]. Processing the deletion may take a little time, but we’ll do it as quickly as possible. We may keep backup copies of your deleted post or account on our servers for up to 14 days after you delete it.
3.4 – We can remove any content you post for any reason but we will inform you why and provide a chance to appeal.
3 – Indemnity and liability.
3.1 – The material and content posted on Muwado shall be deemed to be held with the subscriber or user’s full authorization to post said content for comment, review, sharing and all that appertains thereto, at the user’s risk.
3.2 – Muwado shall not be liable to its subscribers and users for any damages whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits or loss of use whatsoever or howsoever incurred or suffered in connection with the provision of the website Services under this Agreement.
3.3 – A subscriber to Muwado and its services and in acting for all the purposes of this Agreement will be responsible for any action on their part or a third party acting on their behalf. Subject thereto the subscriber shall be liable to the website for any act committed by him/herself in or with reference to the website services and the subscriber shall so far as concerns any loss or damage suffered by the website due to defamation, misrepresentation, libel or any other act or omission be liable if such damage is caused by the actions and negligence of the subscriber in the course of accessing and enjoying the Services under this Agreement and the Subscriber will indemnify the website against all such loss or damage sustained by the website Muwado.com by reason of any act or neglect of the Subscribers.
4 – Severability
If at any time any provision in this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the relevant portion is severable and the balance of this Agreement shall be enforced as if such provision had not been included herein. All rights and remedies provided herein or by law are cumulative and not mutually exclusive, and may be exercised serially.
5 – Failure to Enforce
Failure of either party to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the right subsequently to enforce such provisions or to enforce other provisions of this Agreement.
6 – Modifications
This Agreement may only be modified or varied at any time by the hosts of Muwado. The consent of the user shall not be required to modify these terms of usage. By continuing to use Muwado after any modifications, you impliedly consent to the modifications. Any discontent with the changes, a user can make mention of such discontent but the hosts have the discretion to heed to such comments or not. In case the website host doesn’t agree to the user dissatisfaction, a user can discontinue use of the services of the website.
7 – Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be subject to and governed by the laws of Uganda and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.
