Hola,
We’ve hit the second half of the year (2026), and my oh my…JULY is flying. Yesterday was January, <blink> today’s July. Time to start saving for that festive season journey to the village or festive season bills. Oh well, as the clock keeps ticking the weekends keep coming and you know how we get down to it 😉
Imagine a war where no bullets are fired, no bombs are dropped, instead, it’s your appetite fired up and your tongue dropping. Tummy tickling aromas, slippery drinks and sweet melodies are what one should expect at the GRILL WARS eighth edition. Forget the ordinary backyard barbeques you’re used to going to, and try a “battle for the taste buds” at SHISA NYAMA VILLAGE.
So, there is this thing about doing some morning or evening workout routines, that in one way or another aids in digestion. This theory stands approved by science, morning hours being highly recommended owing to the fact that the food chamber would be empty. Plus, the early morning is a refreshing time for a jog with zero or minimal carbon emissions in the air (No wonder marathons are slated for early mornings). If you’re doubting, there is a way you could prove it wrong and that’s by trying the FORT PORTAL CITY MARATHON at Boma Grounds.

What’s a weekend without having the chance to actually “get down with it”. The way I see it; a weekend should not be strangled up with chores and errands, a little time to lay off some steam and wiggle you way up to happiness and feeling alive again. AFRO CORE is one way to achieve the goal. Featuring names like; AO THE WALKER, AWEKO BRIAN, DARKMEME, MUKOBI and JEAN to sound drop your weekend at Encanto Bar-Kisimenti.

Weekends are full of wonders and how you get to enjoy yours is entirely up to you, so long as you’re not causing any harm to anyone and doing nothing illegal. Go on a run, visit a friend, go on solo adventures or even try attending an art event. Either way, just get down on it.
Until next time, I remain…
Yours truly,
–ThiWordknight–
