RIBS; CRACK OR EAT?

Hola,

The curved, bony structures protecting the chest cavity in humans and animals are scientifically known as ribs. You can either crack them-up (humans) or eat (for the animals) them. And by cracking them-up, I don’t mean sacker punch someone in the ribs (Say NO to violence). Allow me, make sense of my gibberish;

Performed on major stages like; the Winnipeg Comedy festival, Halifax Comedy festival and the Nairobi International Comedy Festival to mention a few, DOUG MUTAI is a Kenyan comedian, cultural organizer, producer and, founder of one of Kenya’s leading comedy production platforms-STANDUP COLLECTIVE. Dear Kampala, do some breathing exercises because DOUG MUTAI is here to crack some ribs.

Talking about ribs got me reminiscing about the best BBQ (Barbeque) memories living rent free in my head and in my cloud (ha-ha). Tasty food, chilled drinks, great company and ecstatic vibes is all I ever remember. Care to have such an experience etched into your memory then look no where than QBB TRAP LOUNGE for the USIKU VIBES. Oh, not forgetting you might get to taste mouth watering ribs. 😉

A Ugandan musician, songwriter and entrepreneur with hit songs like Ninga Omuloge, Soka Lami, Aliba Omu and Nteredde to mention a few, will be performing live in “an intimate gathering of voices” to a limited number of audience alongside an outstanding troupe of vocal forces. This is one of those type of events that are normally labelled “limited or special” edition. Ladies and Gentlemen; NAAVA GREY featuring the VOCALPLAY ACAPELLA.

One thing I love about special weekends; is that there is that one thing that cuts across weekend events that makes it easy for you to choose a lane and get with the flow. Well, for this weekend I really don’t know whether I should crack my ribs or eat some tasty ones.

Until next time, I remain…

Yours truly,

ThiWordknight
