I FOUND LOVE
i found love,
it was wrapped around your name,
it spoke exactly like I imagined it would,
it shouted silently,
it screamed softly
and it called my name, letter by letter…
till I heard its whispers tickle my ear.
i found love,
wrapped around your finger,
pointing in my direction,
watching my every step
as I bounce on the Earth’s belly
i found love,
wrapped around you,
dreaming in the middle of the day,
making me the subject of its stories,
finding me, in both realms.
i found love,
when love found me,
wrapped around your lonely heart.
