How to Use the Muwado Ads Dashboard

Once your ad is live on Muwado, you have full visibility over how it is performing. Here is how to read and use your advertiser dashboard.

How to access the dashboard

Go to muwado.com/ads and log in with your advertiser credentials. Your dashboard is the main screen after login.

What you can see

Views (Impressions)

The number of times your ad has been displayed to a reader. This is the basis for your CPM billing — every 1,000 views triggers a CPM charge.

Clicks

The number of times readers clicked your ad to visit your landing page or URL. Each click has a separate CPC charge.

CTR (Click-Through Rate)

The percentage of people who saw your ad and then clicked it. Muwado’s assumed average CTR is 1.25%. A higher CTR means your creative is resonating with the audience — and you are getting more value per impression.

Spend

Your total charges to date, broken down by views cost and clicks cost. Formula: (views ÷ 1,000 × CPM rate) + (clicks × CPC rate).

Managing your campaigns

  • Uploading new creatives: go to the Adverts tab, click “New Advert,” and follow the upload steps
  • Editing a campaign: select an active campaign and update dates, targeting, or creative
  • Pausing or stopping: you can pause an active campaign at any time from the dashboard

Adding funds

Go to the Payments or Credits section of your dashboard. Top up via Pesapal (card or mobile money) or platform credits. Your ad runs as long as your balance covers the campaign cost.

Reading your billing

Muwado charges based on delivered results only — not projections. You are billed for actual views served and actual clicks received. No fixed monthly fees, no wasted spend on undelivered impressions.

Getting support

If you see anything unexpected in your dashboard — a discrepancy, a billing question, or a campaign that did not behave as expected — email [email protected]. The team monitors campaigns actively and will respond quickly.
