The village that did not allow children outside at night

There lived a village, in the middle of the village there was a big tree there, sat the elders of the village jazzing,children playing on the streets,men farming and women cooking. The village lived happily but there was a trick at sunset, drums from the middle of the village were hit thrice da da da to the village this meant a warning every familys child had to be inside the house.At night children were forced to sleep among the children lived a curious child tembo he knew the elders were hiding something so one night he waited sitted quietly suddenly he had voices

VOICES

he had voices of the children playing tembo knew he had to find out he opened the window to spy on them.THEN the girl whispered sonething and they looked at the window tembo froze then the girl called out his name three times

the next day he told the village what he saw then people knew th truth and no longer lived in fear
