INTRODUCTION
The Ugandan superhero universe named Waisedha will soon be rebooted by a new partnership between waisedha’s creators Raphael David mutebi and Ahmed lukwago, with Mwesigwa vicent to form a new story and a new universe that they call LUVICEBI.
HISTORY
In an interview, the trio revealed that “LUVICEBI” is actually a merge of their names . “LU” from lukwago, “VIC” from vicent and “EBI” mutebi. And they promise a more centralised universe than the waisedha universe which was made up of many stories without a central narrative.
NEW STORY
The new LUVICEBI universe is to center on five characters fighting against a state minister of prisons that developed a sabxero program. this program implanted control chips into the mind of civilians inorder to make them develop superhuman abilities that will enable them to fight in his fighting den.
NEW CHARACTERS
Black Ape fomerly known as wildbat.: Mukisa John an elite soldier and former enforcer of the LUVICEBI prison.
powers
Healing factor, super reflexes, martial arts, two circular reflector shields. Guns and a riffle.
2.WILDBAT
ANGEL MUKISA , the twin sister of John mukisa aka black Ape. The two have similar abilities and weapons . Angel is also an elite soldier and former enforcer of LUVICEBI prison.
3.STRIGHTFIST
LUKWAGO AHMED, ( former known as STREETFYST ) a former specimen of the sabxero program that was unintentionally implanted with the nanospark chip granting him nanotechnology and powers of a Jurassic age creature named spurcerous aka spurc.
Powers and gadgets.
Ghosting which makes him invisible and intangible, echolocation, smoke bombs, healing factor, Ai computer in his chip, black nano threads produced through his palms, kinetic energy punches and kicks.
4. BLOOD DEATH
MUTEBI BRANDON , also an elite soldier and former enforcer of LUVICEBI. He was also a member of black Ape’s team.
Powers and gadgets
Regeneration, gravity manipulation, blood sucking, turns blood into arrows, heals other people’s injuries, always hits his target no matter how far. He wields a bow and a sword.
5. VANKHORE
MUWANGUZI ISAAC, an elite soldier and member of BLACK Ape’s team that was imprisoned after the team escaped mind control and rebelled against the clown jester.
Powers
Flight, blue plasma vision, invulnerability, superstrength and can shift the moon out of orbit, space and aquatic respiration, soul ingestion which kills even regenerators.
OTHER UNIQUE CHARACTERS IN THE NEW REBOOTED UNIVERSE
6. VANGORL
MUTEBI DAVID, an enforcer of LUVICEBI and fastest character in LUVICEBI universe in general.
Powers
Super speed with a record speed of 10 quintillion miles per micro second, electric punches and outbursts, healing factor, phasing .
7. CLOWN JESTER
MWESIGWA VICENT, the state minister of prisons in the fictional Lamed country. He is the head and chief scientist behind sabxero and LUVICEBI. He was a student of neurology and brain implants whose family was killed by the state minister ,vicente masigo. Who suspected him of flirting with his wife during their son’s birthday on which vicent attended as a clown jester to entertain the kids. Vicent in return attacked the minister’s home. Dressed up the minister in his clown costume and then he in the minister’s suit. Vicent then kills the minister’s wife and son just as the minister had killed his wife and daughter. Vicent the sets the house on fire. Help arrived but all the bodies are burnt. They manage to save vicent thinking he was the minister because he was wearing the suit. That’s how vicent woke up to be a rich state minister and mob boss. He then used the minister’s wealth to fund his projects of brain implants leading to sabxero.
Powers
Eight rings that mimic opponents abilities, invulnerability, telepathy, elemental control, teleportation. Heat vision and super speed. Would absorption.
MITHOZ
MITHOZ is one of the characters with unknown backgrounds but he is the warden of LUVICEBI prison and operations manager of sabxero program.
Powers
Telepathy, telekinesis, spell writing, spell casting, energy projection, mirror manipulation, clonning, time manipulation, teleportation, portal casting, mystic arts master and godwizard ( acting god of magic).
RELEASE
The new LUVICEBI universe is set to start in 2026 as a short novel. They promise to expand on the narrative and reintroduce all the former beloved characters including psj , Shata, etc in the upcoming stories. The trio further expressed their appreciation towards those who take their time to read their stories online.
CHARACTERS CHANGE OF NAMES
Some character changed names inorder to differentiate the LUVICEBI reboot version from the waisedha version. Like black Ape who was formerly known as wildbat. The name was given to his twin sister angel. And strightfist who was formerly STREETFYST. It was necessary for easy visibility purpose.
