I am Sekiwano Gideon, a Ugandan interior designer and photographer, whose trips around the city are highly characterised by long stares at furnished and unfurnished architecture, people’s ways of life, and perceptions of the city that differ from how everyone sees Kampala.
My collection from this photo walk is centred around local, political, business and social aspects of the city.
The walk was such an opportune moment to tour the city, not as a dweller but a tourist.
