Today, Maurice’s growth is evident in the sophisticated applications he builds and maintains. Since graduating, he has engineered a comprehensive Student Attendance Management System and contributed significantly to a high-stakes Safari Costing system for Swanair Travel & Safaris. For Maurice, the ultimate pride comes from taking on real client work and knowing he can create reliable, long-term value that people interact with every day.
Looking ahead, Maurice sees immense potential in the local ecosystem. “I believe the tech industry in Uganda is growing rapidly, and I hope to be part of the generation that drives innovation, creates jobs, and builds sustainable digital solutions,” he says. His ultimate milestone? Transforming his evolving expertise into his own impactful tech company.
