But then you hold my gaze…

When your heart races

Mine races too

Feeling your tall dark body over mine

Touching the recesses of my soul

Thrusting deep to where none has been before

I let you in,

Slowly, Unassuredly

Afraid to show my broken vase

Afraid that if I show you too much too soon

You’ll leave

Afraid to be broken into even tinier pieces

But then you hold my gaze…

And I know all is right with the world

You and me

Together forever

Splashing fountains

Completed dreams

Ahhhh…..

You love me

Ah oh so completely

There will never be

Another but you
