Meet Esther Poya. Esther serves as the Relationship Manager at the Financial Technologies Service Providers Association (FITSPA Uganda). Formerly a Client Services manager with Stanbic Bank, Esther is passionate about managing people, improving and growing business and social relations with partners, clients, and customers for the best possible business and social outcomes, all while maximizing value for all. She holds a degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs from Makerere University.
