If you have five friends constantly complaining about the government, about their finances, about their life in general and just about everything else, you’ll most likely be the sixth. Low vibration is super infectious. So is rot.
This is why I’ll be cleaning out my newsfeed as a gift to myself for my 40th. Now, I know you may have added me for reasons best known to you, but I’m a hundred percent certain that you didn’t add me because of whining in misery all the time, as that’s not something I revel in. But because you do it all the time and it’s so draining to read your posts, which are constantly flying around in my feed, I’m letting you go. This is me protecting my mental health and my sanity. Your posts do not give life; they’ll steal it. Your posts are not inspiring, motivational, or educational. There’s simply nothing to learn from you apart from wallowing in misery.
All day, every day, you’re a victim of something or someone. Your friends aren’t supportive; the government is supposedly sucking the life out of you. You’re the self-appointed reporter of everything that has to do with suffering in your life and all around you. You and your immediate group of friends are always posting about suffering, so it’s now like a competition of who’s suffering the most. You have an unimaginable anger against anyone who seems not to be in the same life predicament as yourself, and you castigate them daily. According to you, rich people are evil, and they’re society’s biggest problem since Satan. Happy people disgust you, and you always have terrible things to comment on all their posts. You don’t love yourself; therefore, you don’t like or love anyone else. You complain about all and sundry. Any bad thing that happens to anyone, whether you know them personally or not, makes you immensely happy. Well, your life is only mirroring who and what you are on the inside.
Today, I choose to detach from your low vibration. If you check and find that we aren’t ‘friends’ anymore, just know that I chose myself; that I loved myself enough to rid myself of your contamination. #FoodForThought
