Today we’re launching Tyms: AI software and agents that help businesses run their operations across finance, sales, marketing, customer service, compliance, and more.

Why this matters

We can all agree that running a business is hard. Most days, it feels like you and your team spend ninety percent of your time on busywork and only ten percent on the work that actually moves the business forward. That’s the part I hated most about running a business. It frustrated me, it frustrated my teams, and most importantly, it frustrated our customers. That’s why we built Tyms: an AI personal assistant for every team member that knows them, their work, and their role, and helps them do the invisible work. An AI assistant for every customer that delivers truly personalized service. And an intelligence layer that learns your business, your processes, and your goals, so everyone can get work done, really done.

But here’s the important part about our approach. You’ll hear other companies talk about replacing people and letting AI do the job. We disagree. AI can do tasks, but it can’t do the job. A job is work done and completed, and only people have the wisdom, judgment, and taste to know when a job is done right. So Tyms is human-first by design.
