SPOOKY WEEK’S END

Hola,

Back to yet another enticing week, only this time, it has the taste of a spooky thrill. HALLOWEEN…HALLOWEEN…HALLOWEEN!!

It’s that time of the year where those interested get to wear costumes portraying famous personalities or supernatural beings, collect candy, and have a sugar rush or a hangover by the end of the day. You know what I mean 😉 , with that said, let’s get into what this week has for us;

Since it is Halloween season, I think I might dress up as an AI (Artificial Intelligence) reason being; AI has come to take over whether we agree or not. Plenty of job positions in developed countries are already being taken over by AI and rendering the human labour unemployed. Oh well, there are pros and cons to everything on this earth so let’s look at the brighter side; efficiency and effectiveness is up, plus AI is helping scale up economies in developing countries. If you want to know how that is happening, then be at SPEKE RESORT MUNYONYO from 30th-31st October and get to experience WHERE THE FUTURE OF AI TAKES SHAPE.

Still on the spooky train, the BOURBON-Jinja has something intriguing for y’all; a Halloween costume contest with a prize for the winner (let’s get freaky). The best part of it all; it’s free entry. I do not know about y’all, but I’m visiting my costume tailor tonight and my plus one (of course I am not going alone ha-ha). Mark your calendars peeps, it’s going down on 1st November.

This next one is particularly for those who are not into the whole spooky vibe, this one’s for those who just wanna have fun 😉 . SOUNDS OF SEZIBWA is here to keep the party generals a float. Sight-seeing, live band, guest artists and spoken word performances to mention a few are some of the activities expected to be graced by revellers from 31st October-2nd November, 2025. Get a chance to bond with mother nature while having a good time, away from the chaos and noise of the city and/or urban areas. Let’s get the groove on. 🙂

Personally, I am really not a fan of Halloween but this is one of those weekends where you get to try something new out of your ordinary day to day life. Nonetheless, don’t let my tastes and preferences shadow your choices, go have some fun.

Until next time, I remain…

Yours truly,

ThiWordknight
