- WAISEDHA:
(A 7-minute cutscene-style short story)
Waisedha was once a land of peace, spread across eleven radiant districts. But tonight, darkness brews.
Smoke coils over the snowy peaks of the Kambala Mountains. The Laphites—four of Waisedha’s greatest defenders—descend from a stealth aircraft, ready for war.
Vantage, an android in human flesh, activates his nanotech suit. Silver lines run down his arms as twin plasma cannons unfold from his shoulders.
Vanquish, the telepathic Wildbat, floats forward, three glowing hexagonal shields orbiting him—he can throw, shoot, or shield with them like mental satellites.
Vankhore, forged from walmite metal, his footsteps quake the earth. His glowing plasma eyes scan for heat. He speaks rarely. But when he does, it’s final.
Andriner, calm and determined, loads tranquilizer rounds into her sidearm. She knows what she’s capable of—when she dies, she explodes like a supernova… and comes back.
They engage a rebel faction guarding the Dark Matter Orbital Stone. Blasts of energy, crushed rock, swirling shields, and pulsing telekinetics fill the battlefield. Vankhore absorbs the heat from an enemy’s body, turning him to frost before crushing him. They retrieve the stone and fly back to Jinja City.
But peace is short-lived.
CARDIAC, the powerful scientific organization, takes the stone under “protection.” That night, silence falls… until four shadows emerge.
A figure in a black hoodie, jeans, sneakers, and a half-mask leads them.
Streetfyst.
His fists glow with EMP green, the night crackling as he punches a guard through a van. Black threads shoot from his palms, yanking another into the air.
Bloodarcher, pale and eerie, leaps from a rooftop, his arrows turning into blood mid-flight. He manipulates gravity to pin soldiers to walls.
Nalok, King of the Sea, summons a serpent of water that crashes into the escort trucks. He plants his lightning-charged spear into the ground—thunder splits the sky.
Gorlture, the god-speedster, becomes a blur of wind, dashing between soldiers at 73.4 trillion mph. Nothing but limbs and blood remain.
By the time Laphites arrive, the stone is gone.
A week later…
Atop Mythoz Tower, the ancient wizard Mythoz—a 500,000-year-old god in human form—gazes into the stars. The Balance Stone, second of the three, glows beside him.
He speaks to the Laphites:
“Ahmed Lukwago came to me in tears. His grandfather was murdered by the Marvicx gang. But I could not help. Life and death are threads I guard. He left broken… and found another.”
The walls shake. They’re here.
Streetfyst and his team crash through the tower. Vankhore flies straight into Nalok, shattering the floor beneath. Water and plasma clash.
Vanquish tries to subdue Bloodarcher, but gravity flips and flings him upward. Andriner fires, but Gorlture intercepts, his speed tearing through the room.
Mythoz raises his staff, unleashing glowing runes—but Streetfyst activates Ghost Mode, turning invisible and intangible. He phases through the spell, stuns Mythoz with an EMP fist, and takes the Balance Stone.
Unbeknownst to him, the final stone lies inside his body—hidden since birth.
The three stones are brought to Woldah, the ancient botanical deity. His green flesh twists like vines, plasma eyes glowing. Trees split apart and rejoin as he takes the final stone—from inside Streetfyst’s chest.
Woldah awakens… fully.
He grows a 1-kilometer wall around all of Waisedha, trapping the people inside. Plants dominate cities. Civilization crumbles. Woldah names it “The New Garden.”
But betrayal hurts.
Woldah turns on Streetfyst, stealing his powers. He’s left broken.
Until… the Laphites return.
They don’t kill him. They offer him a chance at redemption.
CARDIAC builds him a suit: the War Fyst—a black-and-red nanotech upgrade with mechanical webshooters, enhanced EMP punches, targeting AI, and a revolver channeling his electric core. The Balance Stone, dormant, still lives within him.
The Insurgents are born—Laphites and former villains unite.
In the burning plains outside the capital, the final battle begins.
Gorlture spins tornadoes that scatter Woldah’s plant beasts. Bloodarcher rains bloody arrows from above. Nalok summons a monsoon. Vanquish hurls shield blasts, trapping vines in psychic walls. Andriner dives into a swarm and detonates—BOOM!
She returns… glowing, fierce.
Vantage unleashes a barrage from the sky.
Streetfyst swings in, green fists flaring, slicing vines with threads. His suit channels his rage, his hope, and the stone’s buried power.
Then… Woldah grows a tower of thorns and launches a final blast.
Streetfyst takes the hit head-on, War Fyst melting.
But he rises.
Eyes glowing.
The stone within him awakens.
He launches one final EMP-thread punch—ripping Woldah’s heart free. The walls fall. The people cheer.
Waisedha breathes again.
The heroes form the Cosmics, Waisedha’s first official superhero team. Reunited. Forgiven. Evolved.
And Streetfyst… still wears his half-mask.
A hero not by choice—
But by pain.
