Kiiza’s legal journey began in Uganda, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University. His passion for corporate governance and human rights led him to pursue a Master’s in Law from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, before enrolling for a second Master’s in Business and Corporate Law at UC Davis School of Law in California, USA.
