Okurut Wyclef is a Ugandan writer born in 1996. Author of novellas: The Fair One, Waves, When Roses Fade, Eli’s Final Wish, The Deplorable, KINGDOMS, The Tepid Oasis, Zeo Island, and Baba’s Children. TAPERING is his first novel. He has also written two other novels titled BOB’S DIARY and MOTHERLESS.
