Mathias Ngong Njoya has 10 years of experience in the pharmacy field. He is a passionate about the fight against drug abuse. He is a holder of a Higher Professional Diploma (HPD) in Pharmaceutical Technology. Due to the rise in drug abuse amongst youths, he was motivated to start an organization called Youth Against Drug Abuse Foundation (YADAF). To help educate youths about the dangers of abusing drugs. Over the cause of 8 months, through YADAF, Mathias has trained 20 community Drug-Free peer educators, distribute 500 drug-free leaflets to community youth and church groups. He was also nominated for a social media award for the best advocate for SDG 3 by Digital Citizenship and SDGs Project (DigCit SDG) Cameroon. Mathias is currently a second-year Public Health student with the University of the People.
