  • Features an observation deck with panoramic views of Arua City, DR Congo, and West Nile, equipped with binoculars to draw tourists.
  • Includes a fine-dining venue for events like birthdays and proposals, spurring growth in local businesses (hotels, restaurants, transport, markets) and creating jobs.

3. Cultural Preservation: 

  • Houses a two-floor mini-museum showcasing West Nile’s history, artefacts, and traditions, preserving heritage and attracting scholars and tourists. A wall of fame showcasing West Nile Leaders.
