It was somehow okay to be bipolar..a diagnosis I’d had for over a decade and I was taking medication on and off depending on how stressful life got.
Less than two months ago my diagnosis was changed. I feel like Bipolar Affective Disorder was a cute and cuddly puppy I’d learnt to live with. Now I’d been given a ferocious German shepherd and I didn’t know where to start from.
I still don’t..
Any pointers?
