Come play and learn how to take flight in arm balances! We’ll learn some foundations and ways to strengthen for all arm balances, and then put it into practice with a few poses.
If you’re new to yoga, this is a great way to strengthen your practice. If you’re an experienced yogi, this is a fun way to get a new perspective and find new ways to challenge yourself.
Please bring a mat, water, and a shawl or kikoi for savasana if you want.
The workshop is from 10-12, then hang out and eat lunch!
Fee is 40,000ugx for class. Lunch, snacks, or drinks after yoga is a la carte.
We’ll be in the pavilion at the very back of Yasigi.
