Dr Kizza Besigye, former presidential candidate for opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) is supposed to report to Kampala high court registrar Mary Kayinza in respect to bail granted to him over treason charges last month.
The registrar, in charge the criminal division was already in her office, by the time www.muwado.com filed this update.
Besigye’s appearance before the registrar today will bring the number of times the latter has reported to court while heeding to bail conditions which the court slapped on him to two.
